TEWA ONASANYA

Tewa Onasanya is an Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. A Publisher, Author and Mindset Stylist holds a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Portsmouth, UK and a Diploma in Fashion Journalism from the College of Media and Publishing, UK, a certificate in Mindfulness from Udemy and a Certified Law of Attraction practitioner.

She is the Founder of Exquisite Magazine a Fashion and Lifestyle Magazine for the unlimited woman. Exquisite magazine organises the exquisite magazine awareness for cancer events which include the EMAC #Smearit walks and Smearathon, events aimed at increasing the awareness for cervical cancer prevention and free screening for people.

In 2009, Exquisite Magazine started an only female awards ceremony called the Exquisite Lady of the Year (ELOY) Awards and Conference, aimed at sustaining women empowerment by celebrating and empowering women of excellence in different fields. The ELOY Foundation was created to sustain women empowerment through access to mentors, affordable finance, trainings, grants and more to help build and sustain their businesses. This is done through the ELOY Foundation Sustainable Empowerment Program (SEP) and the ELOY Foundation Network.

Tewa has been featured in numerous international and Nigerian media which include the CNN, BBC, New York Times, Wikipedia, Punch, Guardian, Thisday, Vanguard and more newspapers, Television and Radio stations. She has won several awards internationally and in Nigeria.

TOYIN F. SANNI

Mrs. Toyin F. Sanni is Executive Vice-Chair of leading Pan- African Investment Group, Emerging Africa Group, an ESG led group focused on investing in sectors with catalytic impact on growth and development, cutting across Roads & Power Infrastructure, Investment Banking & Asset Management, Microfinance Banking, Information Communication Technology and Capacity Building.

She sits on multiple boards including serving as Chairman, Layer3 Limited, Non-Executive Director, Transnational Corporation Plc and Member, Nigerian National Advisory Board on Impact Investing (NABII), Chair of the NABII Committee on Wholesale Impact Investment Fund (WIIF) and Member, Nigeria’s National Finance Committee on the WIIF.

She is Founder and Chairperson Women In Finance Nigeria and Founder WIFNG UK, a platform for advocacy, development, and networking of women in financial roles and financial services. Her other roles include Chair, Technical Committee on Financial Literacy, Cha Member, Investment Committee of the Off-Grid Energy Fund seeded by the African Development Bank (AFDB) and other Development Finance Institutions. She also serves as Ambassador for Nigeria of the Africa CEO Forum.

Toyin has thirty-seven years of experience as a prominent Investment Banker, Business Leader, Public Personality & Speaker and derives satisfaction from grooming future leaders. She leverages networks across markets & has extensive experience working on leading transactions to achieve growth objectives and proffering capital solutions.

Dr. Akintoye Akindele, CFA, DBA, FICA

Dr. Akintoye Akindele is Lecturer, Nurturer and Builder of future minds at leading schools in Africa and globally. He is also an investor, entrepreneur, lecturer and philanthropist. Dr. Akindele is Founder & Chairman of Platform Capital; Chairman of Unicorn Group; CEO & Chairman of Duport Midstream; Founder; CEO & Chairman of Atlantic International Refineries & Petrochemicals Limited; CEO & Chairman of Diatom Impact; a Future Africa Awards Honoree; and a Business Accessibility & Inclusion Champion by the African Women’s Development and Communications Network. He is also the Founder of Synergy Capital Managers and Advisers and was Managing Partner of Synergy Capital Managers up until November 30th 2019.

Dr. Akindele completed his tertiary education in Nigeria, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with honours from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He received a doctorate degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the International School of Management – Paris, France. Dr. Akindele is a CFA charter holder and a trustee of the CFA society of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators in Nigeria. He is also an alumnus of the London and Said Business Schools, having attended various senior executive programmes in Management and Strategy, Advanced Corporate Finance and Private Equity amongst others.Dr. Akindele is passionate about the development and growth of entrepreneurs in Africa.

He is a frequent speaker at leading business schools, conferences and seminars on investing in Africa, private investment in Africa and the role of entrepreneurship in Africa’s evolution. He supports and donates to various institutions that provide grants to entrepreneurs.

 

Adaku Ijara

Adaku Ijara is MD/CEO of Emerging Africa Asset Management Limited, the Asset management subsidiary of the Emerging Africa Group. She is the National Secretary, Women in Finance Nigeria and Vice – President of the Fund Management Association of Nigeria (FMAN)

She is an investment professional and astute corporate lawyer with 16+ years’ experience spanning roles in Treasury Marketing, Consumer Banking, Private Banking, business development, legal compliance, Private Trust as well as wealth management in institutions such as Citizens International Bank, Fidelity Bank PLC and Standard Chartered Bank among others.

Adaku has a keen ability to offer a high level of service while working in the best interest of her clients, assisting clients to create customized investment solutions. As an effective communicator and leader with over a decade of experience in building, developing and leading high functioning teams, she has verifiable success identifying critical business drivers within markets.

Prior to her roles at the Emerging Africa Capital Group, she served as Head, Private Trust at United Capital Trustees – a member of the United Capital Group, focused on trust administration and investment management services. Major Achievements at United Capital Trustees included growing the Trust Fund under management from N350M to N6Billion, and Private Trust at the time was the fastest growing business in the Group.

Adaku is also a Chartered Wealth Manager and a fellow of the Global Academy of Finance & Management (GAFM). She obtained an LL.M in Corporate Governance from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, an LL. B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. She is also a member of the Association of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers and Women in Finance NG.

CHIDI KOLDSWEAT

Chidi Koldsweat is the Founder/ CEO, Donors for Africa Foundation. At this global development consulting firm, she works actively with Governments, Funding Institutions, the Private Sector, Philanthropy Organizations, NGO’s and Social Impact Leaders to break the cycles of poverty in Africa.

Her core competence is providing business and social solutions in sustainability for social entrepreneurs. She has trained over 3000+ social impact organizations, raised over $30M in direct and indirect funding, and reached over 51,000 individual accounts, providing weekly knowledge to the development community.

As a development consultant, she provides strategies that influence the achievement of the 17 SDGs, working with organizations in tech, politics, business, gender equality, and more. Through her organization, she launched the premier digital African Social Innovators Boot Camp, an annual fellowship that strengthens the capacity of third sector leaders in Africa. She works with a pool of development experts to empower the next-generation leaders working to solve some of the toughest challenges in Africa and has facilitated several regional and global advocacy campaigns.

She was drafted into the African Youth Front on COVID-19, launched by The African Union (AU) Office of the Youth Envoy and the Africa Center for Disease Control & Prevention (Africa CDC). She participated and coordinated regional virtual consultative sessions with young people from different parts of Africa, discussing the impact of COVID 19 and making recommendations to Africa Governments. She contributed to policy briefs presented to steering committees of the African task force and the AU paper on COVID 19, highlighting the impact on youth and the future of Africa we want.

Chidi has over 14 years of experience working in health, gender (women and girls in leadership, business, and politics), organizational management, and sustainability. She holds a Leadership Certificate in International Organizational Management from the University of Geneva a Masters in History & International Relations from the University of Lagos. She is currently pursuing a course in Public Policy Challenges of the 21st Century at the University of Virginia.

Chidi has received several awards and recognition, including the 100 French-African Laureates 2021, 100 women influencing Africa, Social Media for Social Good Awards 2020. She flew the Nigerian flag at the launch of the Arab-African Youth Platform in 2019 and pitched her organization’s work at the World Bank Youth Summit.

In 2014, CEO Global gave Chidi an award as a Finalist, Africa’s most influential woman in management, business & public service (civil society category). In the same year, she was selected by the Chinese Embassy to participate in the three weeks cultural exchange program under The Chinese Association for International Understanding. In 2013, she became a Vital Voices Lead Fellow and was nominated amongst the 100 unseen women changing her world. In 2011, she was amongst Africa’s 25 most outstanding emerging women leaders under the Moremi Initiative for Leadership (MILEAD).

She continues to focus on creating long-term solutions that improve the lives of Africans at the grassroots through policy formulation, strategy, and implementation.

 

RORY BOWEN

Rory Bowen, age 32, serves as the Company’s Chief of Staff. He started his career in 2011 spending the majority of this time in traditional financial markets working for Moneycorp and Compagnie Financière Tradition (Tradition UK) in both European and Emerging Markets across foreign exchange (FX), interest rate derivative and government bond markets. His most recent role from April 2019 to April 2020 was Chief of Staff at FinTech Alliance in London, an organization established in partnership with the UK Government to support the combined missions of HM Treasury and the Department for International Trade foster innovation, growth and foreign direct investment (FDI) in the financial services sector and facilitate greater public/private cooperation.
Rory has also spent time with one of Europe fastest growing Fintech’s Banking Circle and as served as an advisor to Society Financial (SocFin) both in the FX, payments and alternative banking space. He joined the Company in April 2020. Rory takes great fulfillment from helping executives and next generation leaders achieve their full potential and works closely with our executive team to develop innovative strategies to ensure growth.

ADAORIE UDECHUKWU

Adaorie Udechukwu, Senior Gender & Economic Inclusion Advisor, Africa at International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group.

Adaorie is a finance and gender specialist with 17 years of experience in the private sector. She has expertise in banking, women’s economic empowerment & inclusion, and strategy.

In her current role at IFC, she manages gender projects and mainstreaming to reduce gender gaps across employment and entrepreneurship in Africa’s private sector.

As Head, Women Banking at Access Bank, she supported women sub-segments in Nigeria and key African markets (Ghana, Rwanda, Zambia, Gambia, and Sierra Leone) through the Women’s Market Program – the W Initiative. The initiative won several local and international awards, including a three-year consecutive award for Excellence in Women’s Economic Empowerment by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Adaorie is a graduate of the prestigious Lancaster University, UK, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s in Business Administration. She has attended management development programs in leading institutions, such as the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

She is an Advisory Board member at Shecluded, a fintech dedicated to supporting women business owners and a mentor on the Cherie Blaire Foundation for Women.

Business Day (Nigeria) Women’s Hub also named her among 50 Most Inspiring Nigerian Women. Adaorie was listed among the 50 Leading African Corporate Women (put together by Leading Ladies Africa) as well as Top 100 Career Women in Nigeria by 9to5 Chick.

 

ADESOLA (SOLA) ADESAKIN

Adesola (Sola) Adesakin, is a Personal/ Business Finance Coach and Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of hands-on experience.

She is passionate about helping people at individual and business levels, understand the “make-manage-multiply money” message, maximize their resources, achieve their crucial financial milestones and build true wealth, through the concept of financial planning.

Through the Smart Stewards Financial Advisory Limited; a holding company that owns The Smart Investment Club, The Smart Stewards Academy, Booksmart Financial Solutions, and other subsidiaries, including the Smart Stewards Advisory LLC, registered in Delaware, USA, Sola has helped many people; young and old as well as businesses in over 25 countries, bounce back from financial stress to rest, from debt to wealth to living amazing lives.

As a financial enthusiast, Sola is an advocate for SDG5 and SDG10, with a firm belief for achieving gender equality and reducing inequality via financial literacy, financial technology, and access to funding, especially for women entrepreneurs and family units.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ( ICAN), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom (ACCA), a Member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and she holds BSC and MBA degrees from the Oxford Brookes University and Edinburgh Business School, United Kingdom respectively.

She is an Alumnae of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs, an initiative of the US Embassy in Nigeria, an alumnae of Cherie Blair Foundation’s Road To Growth Program, as well as an alumnae of Goldman Sach’s 10000 Women Program. She is a member of the Select Global Women in Tech (SGWIT) Mentorship Network of The United States of America.

Sola has facilitated for government Parastatals and private institutions and she has been recognized by several Nigerian companies, including First Bank, Ecobank, amongst others, as one of Nigeria’s finest, upcoming business women. She is a Tony Elumelu Foundation Mentor, and she sits on the board of 2 Nigerian NGOS.

She is an author of currently 8 published books and several unpublished articles, in the public domain.

Sola was recognized as one of Nigeria’s 100 most inspiring women in 2020 and has won many awards in recognition of her job in the Finance and Business Industry.

She has recently been admitted into the Forbes Coaching Council, as she continues to leverage global alliances and partnerships to demystify and amplify the money message around the world.

 

IFEOLUWA FASHOLA

Ifeoluwa Fashola has over the years grown a reputation of being one of the leading women in the Nigerian investment banking space. Known for wearing many hats far from legal practice, Ife Fashola has proven overtime that she is not your average lawyer.

Ifeoluwa Fashola started off her professional career in the United Kingdom as an Technology Consultant in the Financial Services sector. She worked with the Financial Services Authority (the UK financial regulator) on many projects with impact spanning the European Union. Prior to this engagement, she worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBOS) where she supported the implementation of Wall Street Systems for the RBOS FX and Money Markets division. Ife also worked with Lehman Brothers, leading a technology team in mortgage products and services. Other reputable international organizations Mrs. Fashola has worked for include KILN insurance, Aero Inventory UK Ltd, amongst others.

Her extensive experience in the financial services space while in the UK positioned her as a pioneering member of the team that founded Kedari Capital Limited in 2009. A group of like-minded associates who were desirous of establishing a globally recognized investment bank to champion the cause of development in Nigeria and across the African region. While Kedari Capital Limited currently has footprints in Nigeria and Ghana, Mrs. Fashola and her audacious team see this as just the beginning, as they intend to conquer more territories within the continent.

In 2016, Mrs. Fashola assumed the position of Group Chief Executive Officer with full oversight of Kedari Capital Ltd (Lagos), Kedari Ghana Ltd and its subsidiaries; First Atlantic Asset Management Ltd and First Atlantic Brokers Ltd. She has extensive commercial experience covering Corporate Law, Investment Management, Strategic Management, Corporate finance, Financial Regulation, Change Management and Risk Management.

Mrs. Fashola has an Honours Degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria, and a Bar qualifying certificate from the Nigerian Law School. She also holds a Masters-in-Law from the University of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom.

Living up to her motto that “continuous learning is imperative not optional”, Mrs. Fashola participated in the Stanford Seed Business Transformation Program in 2019; a Stanford Graduate Business School initiative designed to help company owners and leaders develop the skills, tools, and mindset to help their businesses thrive and positively impact their communities. Mrs. Fashola is an accredited member of several professional bodies such as the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, also currently undertaking a Doctorate degree in Business Administration in UBIS University of Business and International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland.

Not one to shy away from gender equality conversations, Mrs. Fashola continues to lend her voice to advocate for greater representation of women in leadership positions through her membership of WIMBIZ and as a mentor to young female professionals. She also runs a charity targeted specifically at empowering widows that have limited sources of income to cater for their families as sole breadwinners.

In recognition of being an agent for positive change and sustainable development, Mrs. Fashola  served as a member of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) S3I Advisory Committee on Investments, a 10-member committee of renowned experts to support the UN Secretary General’s roadmap for financing the 2030 agenda by channeling infrastructure and innovation.

Despite her very busy schedule, Mrs. Fashola is intentional about leading a balanced life as she still finds time to engage in faith fueled activities, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

 

DR MAY IKEORA

Dr May Ikeora is an academic researcher, Author, an ex-beauty queen cum entrepreneur. Having worked across Africa and Europe at various levels, she is a specialist in Women’s Rights, Gender and Peacebuilding, consulting for organisations like the United Nations, African Union , World Bank, Mission89, Governments and the Kofi Annan Peacekeeping Institute. She gained a PhD in Law from the University of Hull, UK . She has received numerous awards for her work including with regards to her work within African diaspora communities in the UK at the House of Lords.

As I an entrepreneur, May founded a cosmetics company called L’Avyanna, based in the UK, USA, Canada and Nigeria. She possess numerous beauty licenses from the U.K. including being a certified skincare formulator & a tutor of Formula Botanica U.K. . L’Avyanna has become a major growing brand catering for women of colour whilst protecting and reaffirming their identity in the global beauty space. May has received numerous awards for her entrepreneurial prowess. Combining her experiences in beauty and the third-sector, she continues to advocate for the empowerment of young African women as well as improve the existing perception of beauty standards.

 

OLUWATOYIN ARALEPO

Oluwatoyin Aralepo is a first class Accounting graduate. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow of the Institute of Information Management of Africa, and an Alumna of the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF), with over 20 years of experience across Banking, Telecoms and FinTech. Areas of expertise include finance strategy and business partnering, financial planning, analysis & reporting, audit and business assurance, financial controls and governance.

She was the Head of Budget in UBA – responsible for over 400 business offices’ budget preparation and consolidation; Commercial Controller and Financial Controller at Airtel Nigeria where she managed a portfolio of over $1 billion and supported cost initiatives that saved millions of Dollars, and former CFO of Cellulant Nigeria & Liquid Technologies. Former Director Corporate Excellence and Programme Management IHS Towers.

She recently founded Africa Finance & Strategy Hub to help businesses, especially SMEs, gain easy access to professional financial management skills and tools that will assist them to understand, manage and scale their businesses. She aims to help businesses build sustainable financial structures for profitable growth and become investor-ready.

She is a very passionate and unassuming entrepreneurial role model to young women. She is a mentor of Wimbiz, Tony Elumelu Foundation, Techquest STEM Academy to mention a few. She is the author of the book ‘How to Attract Billion Dollar Investors.  She is currently Global Head of Finance, Programs FP&A MasterCard Foundation.

OLUWATOSIN OLASEINDE

Oluwatosin is a professional accountant with over 10 years of experience spanning across accounting, audit, financial management and taxation. She is the Founder/CEO of Money Africa, an edtech platform that enhances financial literacy and investments leveraging on technology with a community of over 200,000 people.

Oluwatosin is Washington Mandela Fellow, a LinkedIn Top Voice Finance and Economy 2020.

She was a finalist for The Future Awards In 2019, she was selected as one the top 100 women by The Leading Ladies Africa, she was one of the top 8 traders by CNBC Africa in 2012, a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Oluwatosin has spoken at TedX, Featured on BBC UK, Al Jazeera, CNN, Guardian and several others.

She is recognised as one of the Top 50 African Business Heroes. She is championing the financial literacy movement in Africa.

 

YETTY OGUNNUBI

With over 17 years experience, award-winning PR Consultant Yetunde Ogunnubi fondly called Yetty is a lead publicist at YD Limited.

A leading professional in the fashion, arts and corporate industry with experience spanning fashion, PR, marketing, creative image branding and event management. Over the years, Yettyhas managed publicity projects for corporate businesses, governments, as well as led fashion and creative events, press conferences, promoted emerging and established labels and artists who have gone ahead to become household names in their various industries across the world.

She started her career as a Fashion designer in the UK with Yetty D (Revolution by Yetty D) a lifestyle brand which became a household name, after starting off the label she launched her annual fashion event which gave platforms to the UK up and coming fashion designers, models and artists.

Whilst pursuing her career as a fashion entrepreneur she contributed as a writer and proofreader for top fashion magazines in the UK before she became a fashion editor for the ISAAC Outlook Magazine; an exclusive lifestyle Magazine. Yetty’s creativity has no bounds, her illustrations have been used as covers for books and art pieces over the years as well as been commissioned on several art projects.

In 2009, Alongside her legendary uncle, renowned artist Lemi Ghariokwu she was commissioned by Punch Records UK to create fashion pieces for mannequins using her uncle’s cover art for FELA for the Fela TOUR (Arts Own Kind).

As a fashion designer, she has been featured in many international magazines and her designs used as costumes for blockbuster movies and music videos. In 2012, She co-produced for Uber Africa Unmasked in the UK. A reality TV Show set to find the next best African inspired designer in the diaspora.  She relocated to Nigeria in 2013.

In 2014, She went on to become The Communications Director for Africa Fashion Week London and Africa Fashion Week Nigeria. After celebrities and organisations started approaching her for PR and branding jobs, she decided to establish her PR, communications and brand agency (YD Agency) in 2016 where she’s gone on to work on several projects.

She recently became one of the directors of MY AFRICA PROJECT a nonprofit organisation. She is also a Trustee Director for ELOY Foundation of the ELOY Awards and board of Trustees for the Pride Lagos Creative Enterprise Week by Pride Magazine.

She was awarded Pride of Africa Award at the 2018 PFW Africa Event and ForeMag PR Person and Organisation of the Year 2018.

She has also dedicated herself to mentoring youths and young aspiring professionals in both the fashion and corporate world. With the wealth of experience and knowledge, she possesses she believes in inspiring and impacting others to succeed in their endeavours.

Yetty was born in Lagos to a family of artists, both her parents are front-runners, exterior decorators and artists, in Nigeria, with their works on several monumental buildings across the country.  She spent her early years in Both Lagos and Ogun state before moving to the United Kingdom.

 

CHIOMA MBANUGO

Chioma Mbanugo is currently the Head of Marketing at PZ Wilmar, responsible for marketing strategies and leading the team to building profitable Brands across the country. She has over a decade experience in strategic marketing, brand and project management.

Chioma has experience across Industries and markets and subsequently delivered top-class brands at Cadbury Nigeria and GlaxosmithKine before joining PZ Wilmar. Over the years, Chioma has overseen various projects in her role as the head of Marketing at PZ Wilmar, consistently delivering profitable
growth for the business as well developing a prodigious team.

Chioma earned her bachelor’s degree at the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University, MBA at the University of Baltimore and has undertaken various strategy, marketing, management courses including Disruptive Strategy at Harvard University.

Chioma enjoys solving real life problems and is committed to development of young minds towards problem solving through the use of insights in uncovering new opportunites.

 

IFEOMA MONYE

Mrs. Ifeoma Monye is a seasoned strategist, project execution, and operations management specialist with 20 years’ experience. She is an expert at guiding individuals and organisations in articulating their visions, building efficient processes and systems to drive optimal performance by providing them with the necessary tools to build sustainable institutions and legacies.

She is a Partner at Ciuci Consulting – an operations management consulting firm that specializes in the optimization of business operations through innovative strategies and consumer intelligence, with a focus on socio-economic impact.  She is responsible for Ciuci’s entire business operations and has led Ciuci’s process improvement initiatives and carried out strategic and supervisory inputs on projects. Mrs. Monye is also the CO-CEO, Strategy and Operations of the Lufodo Group, founded by Mr. Olu Jacobs and Ms. Joke Silva, where she leads the strategic organizational support and business advisory functions. Lufodo Productions, one of the companies in the group is the current concessionaire of the prestigious Glover Memorial Hall, a historical landmark and one of the oldest theatre halls in Nigeria. 

She is adept in strategy, stakeholder management, business improvement, turnaround management, operations, wealth, project, and program management.  As a certified wealth manager, Prince2, and MSP practitioner, Mrs. Monye has successfully planned and managed numerous projects and programs in the UK, US, and Nigeria in various sectors including media, retail, education, real estate, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, nonprofit and agriculture. She completed the General Management Program and Key Executive Program both at Harvard Business School. She has a degree in Economics and Politics (Hons) from the University of Essex, UK.  She attended the High Impact Leadership Course at Yale University organized by the Nigeria Leadership Initiative.

She cofounded AGCare Foundation with her husband and opened AGCare Elderly Home in Delta State.  The Foundation also has an annual charity outreach called Uwaóma, where free medical check-ups are carried out for all; food and clothing items are distributed to men, women, and children.

She is the President of International Women’s Society, Nigeria (IWS), one of the oldest societies in Nigeria; a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria (IMC); Member, Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IOD); Fellow, Nigeria Leadership Initiative (NLI); Life Member, Women in Management and Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ); and Member, Harvard Business School Association of Nigeria (HBSAN).

Mrs. Ifeoma Monye is passionate about the holistic wellness of women. Her desire to support the modern professional woman be her most authentic self, led her to establish ‘The Pretty Balancing Act’, a platform to support professional women achieve both a happy home and a successful career.

She is married to Chukwuka Monye and they have 2 beautiful daughters.
